Seal of Biliteracy—Bulgarian Language
We at The Association of Bulgarian Schools in America are proud to work toward establishing a national standardized Bulgarian language test, which would recognize students’ proficiency in Bulgarian, just as other languages. We’re also proud to work toward bringing the Global Seal of Biliteracy to the community-based schools across the country. The seal is a nationally recognized award given by a school, district, or state in recognition of students who have studied and attained proficiency in two or more languages by high school graduation. It highlights students’ communication proficiency, allowing graduates to be easily selected by employers, and embark on a career utilizing their skills.
